CLRC provides modern research infrastructure and highly skilled staff for researchers. The research in the Center is internationally oriented with a wide variety of research areas. The high quality of the research has been proven in a comprehensive Research Assessment Exercise in 2013: CLRC scored 5.5/6 (outstanding) in the evaluation.
Doing a PhD in CLRC gives you the chance to carry out research in an internationally competitive environment under the supervision of our professors and other postdoctoral experts. PhD research can be carried out as part of the ongoing projects in CLRC, but it is also possible for PhD students to choose the topic for their doctoral thesis from other areas of interest.
